• Dinette makeover: wall and low ceiling above basement stairs removed and replaced with custom “bar top” to make use of previously wasted space 

• Kitchen cabinets repainted to bring new life to existing space

• Custom moldings & door frames made to perfectly match originals, previously changed doors replaced with antique oak to better match original build

• Refinished original hardwood flooring

• Removed radiator boxes and sandblasted original radiators to bring back vintage charm
